Early 1960’s President John F. Kennedy Personally Hit Golf Ball, Stand and Tee. As attested to in the accompanying letter of provenance, this golf ball and tee were personally used by President Kennedy to practice hitting on the South Lawn of the White House. They were retrieved by the General Foreman of Maintenance, Melvon Carter, who worked in that position from the President Herbert Hoover administration until the President Richard Nixon era. Number “2” ball with no manufacturer and marked “J.F.K.” in black ink. Also include tee and stand. Letter of provenance from Mrs. Melvon Carter.
